Erin is an empathetic, warm, and genuine art therapist who uses a person-centered approach through a combination of art and talk-based therapy including DBT and mindfulness techniques. Erin strives to uphold a safe, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming therapeutic space within a nurturing and non-judgmental environment.  

Erin recognizes the importance of playfulness and exploration for all ages and is passionate about narrative therapy and storytelling. Using these skills, Erin works to help clients to grow self-worth, achieve goals, navigate grief, improve communication, alleviate anxiety, reframe thoughts, and develop positive coping skills. As an art therapist, Erin believes that everyone has their own unique creative ability to heal and grow, and she strives to help her clients in finding their own power to do so.

Erin also runs a Narrative Teen Therapy group for ages 13-18yo. This group provides a safe, non-judgemental place for teens to explore and express their emotions.
