Maddie is passionate about helping individuals become their most authentic selves. With warmth and curiosity, Maddie challenges her clients to deepen their insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and to make changes that bring them toward a life of greater satisfaction and fulfillment.
Therapy is a journey of exploration, discovery, and growth. Maddie uses a collaborative, goal-directed, and empathetic approach informed by both classical psychodynamic theory and cognitive-behavioral approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR and ACT. Maddie’s approach is insight and skills-oriented, aimed at facilitating lasting and meaningful change and deeper interpersonal connections.
