She also uses therapy informed by social justice and an understanding of trauma, in conjunction with cultural and narrative therapies, to work with you toward healing and exploration. She utilizes art therapy to provide space for creative expression, growth, and awareness. Through these combined restorative therapeutic approaches, Nitasha has worked with clients with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), depression, ADHD, and anxiety, as well as other diagnoses. Additionally, Nitasha is proud of her experience supporting neurodivergent and developmentally disabled children, including Autistic and Dyslexic children.
