Sarah’s therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized to offer supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental care for her clients. She most often utilizes aspects of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Attachment-Based approaches while incorporating various other therapy skills. Sarah strives to foster an encouraging and accepting environment, in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship. She works to aid her clients in exploring, understanding, and overcoming current and past life challenges, as well as self-discovery and self-acceptance.

Sarah has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She has worked with clients with various backgrounds, concerns, and needs, including anxiety, communication, boundary setting, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions.
Sarah has a MA in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and a BA in Psychology with a minor in English from Boston College.
